Accommodation

Accommodation is available onsite at Opal Cove Resort as well as neighbouring resorts, all a short 10 minute drive from the conference venue. Further details about the resorts can be found on the conference website.

For those without their own transport, a free scheduled shuttle bus service operates between neighbouring resorts when accommodation is booked below.  Those securing accommodation elsewhere will need to provide their own transport to/from the conference.

Registration Cancellations: Conference & Exhibition - A full refund less a $275 administration charge will be made for cancellations received in writing before 28th April. Exhibition only - A full refund less a $50 administration charge will be made for cancellations received in writing before 28th April. A 50% refund is applicable for all cancellations received between 28th April and 5th May. No refund will be provided for cancellations received after 5th May. Substitutions from within organisations are welcome without penalty. Refunds will not be processed until after the conclusion of the conference. A late fee of $175 will apply to ALL registrations (excluding Live Broadcasts) received after 27th April 2026. Accommodation cancellations received prior to 11th April will incur an administration fee of 10% of the full amount of the accommodation booking. Cancellations received between 11th April and 27th April will incur an administration fee of 30% of the full amount of the accommodation booking if the cancelled room(s) are re-sold, or a cancellation fee of 100% of the full amount of the accommodation booking if the room(s) are not re-sold. Cancellations received after 27th April will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the full amount of the accommodation booking. The organisers reserve the right to apply a $30 administration charge for each accommodation change (eg. replacement/cancellation) made after 27th April. Refunds will not be processed until after the conclusion of the conference. Other Details Privacy: The information contained within this database may be made available to all parties directly involved and related to the event including other delegates in the form of a delegates list, host organisations, database contractor, event and accommodation venues, presenters, sponsors and exhibitors. Please let us know if you would like your details to be withheld. Disclaimer of Liability: Impact Environmental Conferences (IEC) will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or accompanying persons or loss of, or damage to, their personal property as a result of the conference or related events. Photographs/Media: From time to time Impact Environmental Conferences (IEC) will have professional photographic/media images taken at the event. These become the intellectual property of IEC and may be used for future promotional material.
