Alternate conference accommodation options
To assist conference attendees unable to stay at Opal Cove Resort (limited availability), we have sourced alternate accommodation options at a selection of nearby resorts. All are within a short 10-minute drive of the conference venue.
For those without their own transport, a free scheduled shuttle bus will operate between these alternate venues, available only when booking accommodation through the conference organisers via the online registration process. Accommodation bookings will open in March 2026.
Breakfree Aanuka Beach Resort
An absolute beachfront tropical-style resort, Breakfree Aanuka Beach Resort offers a variety of accommodation including studio hotel rooms, Paradise Spa Bures, and spacious two, three and four-bedroom Spa Villas able to sleep up to six people.
Diggers Beach is just a short stroll from your room.
Pacific Bay Resort
Nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the lush hinterland rainforests of the Coffs Coast, Pacific Bay Resort offers standard hotel rooms and self-contained one and two-bedroom apartments.
Its premium onsite amenities include three swimming pools, tennis courts, a day spa, a nine-hole golf course and the Bayside Bar and Grill.
Charlesworth Bay Resort
Located on magnificent grounds at Charlesworth Bay Beach, Charlesworth Bay Resort offers studios and one-bedroom apartments with ocean, lake or mountain views.
Guests enjoy direct beach access, three heated pools, and a spa and wellness centre.
